We use laser scanners capable of astonishing accuracy and detail. Every scan measure millions of points with precise XYZ positioning in space. This data combined with that from our UAVs, produce exceptional "point clouds" that can be navigated, drafted, and modeled in CAD and BIM applications.

The imagery we capture from aerial scanning is placed into photogrammetry software then stitched together to show real-time surface, weather, and other related environmental conditions. This output is commonly referred to as an Orthomosaic Map.

The "point cloud" is an output of the photogrammetry process that contains meta-tagged imagery. This imagery is made up of millions of GPS points. Each point can be measured, annotated, used for calculating distance, area, volume, and more.

In addition to vehicles and exterior scanning, we can also use the FARO to generate interior-point clouds for documenting crime scenes and preserving evidence. Laser scanning is a great way to efficiently and accurately document a scene with minimal disturbance.
