Robert Nicholson, B.S.B

Mr. Nicholson possesses a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Phoenix and studied civil engineering at Lakeland Community College. His background experience includes eight years in the United States Coast Guard investigating maritime accidents, graduation from the Federal Maritime Law Enforcement Academy and The Ohio State Highway Patrol Academy. Robert spent 10 years as a full-time municipal police officer and is a certified FAA part 107 s(UAS) Pilot, and small business owner of AVT Drones. His qualifications and skillsets range from Autodesk applications, 3D reconstructions, virtual design, aerial mapping, UAS operations training, GIS extraction, marine collision investigation & more.

Kurtis G. Whitling, P.E.

Mr. Whitling possesses a Masters's Degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), The Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), and The National Association of Fire Investigators (NAFI).  Mr. Whitling is a multi-disciplined engineer and small business owner with expertise in mechanical engineering, robotics & automation, accident reconstruction, 3D scanning, clutch/brake applications, automobile/heavy truck mechanics, and many more. Kurt also holds a U.S. Patent for  Simons, Philip N., Whitling, Kurtis G. Pneumatic constricting drum brake assembly. U.S. Patent 8,292,044

 Mr. Whitling is a trial tested, experienced engineer who has investigated hundreds of accidents and fires.  Our team uses the newest technology, software, and equipment to accurately measure, define, and calculate data in preparation for litigation.  Mr. Whitling has work experience in a wide range of fields and prides himself in applying sound engineering principles in every investigation.
